King Boo's stamina

Ghosts in the Mario series do not automaticly have infinite stamina. Mr. Luggs from the Luigis Mansion games is shown to have poor stamina despite being a ghost. He gets tired during his boss fight. Because of this, King Boo should have his stamina rating changed to simply very high.
