Kid Goku declares nuclear war

Blast, probably, radiation, possibly, but very unlikely. He did survive the poisonous from Korin's Water. Though, I think the amount of rads would be too much in the long run.

Depends on how long Kid Goku is exposed to the radiation. If he's forced to stay in it for like a week then yeah, duh. But if Goku is allowed to GTFO after he's hit by the bomb, he'll probably survive.

The Tsar Bomba is around half as strong as King Piccolo's strongest attack, so no, also since Goku can easily run away from the radiation before it severely affects him.

Ki is extreme heat. People who survive ki blasts are often scorched/burned, or at the very least, singed. King Piccolo's strongest attack undoubtedly generated as much heat as the Tsar Bomba, probably more.

Lack of Oxygen or Something? I Don't remember Goku having high resistance to extreme heats. Im voting tsar bomba
Heat is directly correlated with pure Kinetic Energy. Goku tanked something that generated twice the amount of sheer energy. Plus what do you mean lack of oxygen? Even if Goku initially gets knocked out, it means he isn't resisting the force which would mean he'd fly away along with the shockwave; meaning Goku would never be exposed to the heat... ever. Or radiation.

Yeah, but i wonder why Goku Wore the heat resistent Suit when he was at the Core of Earth to find this super rare material that would help Bulma Finsh her Time machine.

Because Goku is going into the Core to find a really rare material not yet found on the surface of the Earth. As Goku is going to have to spend EXTENDED periods of time in the core (Supposedly since Goku has no idea where to actually find said material), it's more efficient to give Goku a Heat-Resistant Suit that also provides oxygen rather than to have him Instant Transmission back and fourth to gasp for air all the time.

Plus Beerus and Whis teleported down there fine and Beerus gave goku a "Boi wtf you doin" look when he saw the suit.

If you want a heat resistance feat, Goku in Freeza Saga got bathed in Magma and only got an ouchie butt with no damage.

Goku was also fine spending an extended period of time being inside a literal furnace.

Although again, sheer kinetic energy is directly tied with heat generation. Surviving something of greater energy is always going to be more impressive than "This is hot".
