His profile is kind of old, so lets fix some things:

Honkai Energy (High-level)

While accurate, he lacks Herrscher Authority, since he uses divine key Shamash, he would automatically get these powers
On top of that since Shamash core directly comes from Herrscher of Fire he would also have these abilities:

• Greatly Enhanced Matter Manipulation, Energy Manipulation & Heat Manipulation (Up to Atomic; Kevin can control fire by manipulating heat energy at a molecular level. Kevin's Authority can melt ice absolute zero temperatures, and should be comparableto Kalpas' flames, which are so strong that they are capable of burning and destroying the entire Elysian Realm. Kevin's flames partially bypass elemental resistances
  • Fire Manipulation, Status Effect Inducement & Explosion Manipulation (1.000.000.000° Celsius; His basic attacks can deal fire damage, ignite his enemies and cause explosions)
  • Summoning (The core of the Herrscher of Flames can summon Honkai beasts inside the Theather of Domination, a higher-dimensional realm)

Now for Lifting Strength:

At least Class G (Slightly stronger than the likes of Elysia) | At least Class G (Immensely superior to the likes of AHR Siegfried, Who is strong enough to physically restrain and overpower Sirin, who in turn is strong enough to throw meteors large enough to cause Mega tsunamis,. Comparable if not superior, to Durandal)

In chapter 35, both Durandal Palatinus form and Base Kevin were regarded as strongest people, key word "people" it includes humanity and current herrschers present.
By that point Durandal has Immeasurable lifting strength this would obviously apply to Kevin Kaslana.
and for his final key, he just lacks black hole creation which is literally here, time stop which is here, in addition to danmaku and creation (he supposedly creates freaking celestial body) which is in the same link.

I’d probably say you may as well include characters who should be class Y from being stronger or Equal to Welt Yang (HoV, Thunder, HoR Bronya blah blah blah)

I can put immeasurable lS to those scaling from HoFS Kiana onwards, which just includes moon arc listed characters but not Welt, as Bronya surpassed him as Both HoR and then HoTR later on

I actually meant as in upgrade them from Class G to Class Y for HoT tier characters since they above HoR Welt who is Class Y currently. Not an upgrade for Welt from Class Y. Also Class Y star of Eden since that’s Welt’s Main way of restraining and not his bare hands (otherwise Welt is stupid)
HoV would actually be included in this immeasurable scaling for base Kevin. Since we rate HoV as being comparable to Current Era Base Kevin rn

Simplest option ig would be just to upgrade SoE to Bronya’s level. Other option would be to give it “varies” on the user or whatever and give welt and Bronya’s respective feats/ratings with the thing.
