I think both Keroro's Durability and Striking Strength should scale to his AP.
Durability:
While Keroro have been hurt by things below 9-A, many of those are gag feats, not to be taken seriously.
On the other hand it is stated the was able to survive energy beams from other keronians, likely comparable to his Kinkin Keronpa.
And if i'm not wrong other members of the Keroro Platoon had display similar feats.
Striking Strength:
While Keroro have even display 9-A strength feats, he had be able to physically harm characters who have 9-A durability.
