Not familiar with Hokuto no Ken though I have been meaning to get to it after seeing Team Four Star's latest Cell vs Kenshiro video and based on the good things I've heard about the series.

Anyway, based on what I've heard about Kenshiro as well as what I'm seeing on Kenshiro's profile, I'm leaning towards him.
