Kengan speed revision

Greetings one and all, in this track I am going to do a revision for the kengan verse in terms of speeds.

The calculations themselves, which will be used for scaling purposes:
–Gaolang is lightning fast for 15 strikes
–Inaba blocks the bullets.
–Kuroki Gensai blocks a punch from Lihito.
–Bando – FTE
–Kiozan – FTE
–Rei sets up a speed blitz on Nezu.
–Fei versus Wakatsuki and their Slowmo.
–Oma blocks Inaba's kick

About scaling:

Assuming the Advance Ohma calc is accepted it should scale to a decent bit of the cast.

Seki Is capable of tagging Advanced Ohma, whereas Inaba could not. Scales to Seki tier characters (Kiozan/Muteba/Waka alongside the people those characters fought)

Higher-tier characters would scale to >> this value. Due to Max Advanced Ohma being significantly faster than R1 Ohma, which scales to Raian's reaction speed and removal Raian's speed. Gaolang should scale to this via explicitly having the fastest strikes in the verse (at this point), which would in turn scale to characters who can react to him.

Hypnotized Rei scales far above that via being FTE to the entire cast.

Bando, Kiozan and Rei's feats should be much more impressive, but the wiki has lost all the normal ways to calculate FTE speed

As far as I know, no. We know that the character is FTE, so we give the base subsonic speed
