Not sure how much of a fight Kefka will be able to put up before being brought down. Ahriman has proven multiple times to be adept as a warrior even when fighting those who are out of his league in terms of raw power, even 1-upping the Yncarne via some clever strategy.

Though his skill probably doesn't even matter too much here, as he might be superior to Kefka in every other category, as well. God Kefka scales to a feat of nearly 300 yottatons, whereas the low-end of the feat Ahriman currently scales to is nearing 17,000 yottatons. Even going by this, Ahriman's pure power output is more than fifty times Kefka's.

Abilities probably aren't going to save Palazzo either, since Ahzek can do everything Kefka can and more, and in many cases to a far greater extent.
