Kiryu's got like, a 9.51x AP advantage. He wouldn't even need any equipment for this, most of Ringo's abilities he's dealt with through the Amon brothers (Gonna make profiles for those guys real soon).

How good is Ringo's Toon Force? Because mere singing ain't gonna do shit to someone of Kiryu's level (Who himself is an awesome singer BTW).
