This will be simple.

I recently found this accepted calculation for ripping off lower jaws. Kayako did so to Yoko, therefore she should be upgraded to Class 10 LS.

She has no means of killing people other than physical attacks.

Many sources confirm it. Kayako ripped Yoko's lower jaw.

It happened off-screen, but taking into account other Kayako's strength feats (like breaking bones) I'm sure she did it in one pull.

It seems a little speculative to me, just because she can perform Lifting Strength Peak Human feats (as far as I know, breaking bones requires at most this) in a single pull or movement doesn't mean she could perform a Class 10 feat in the same way. I agree with "possibly Class 10" at most.

Well, I agree with Class 10 then. Also, I looked up the deleted epilogue of The Grudge 2 that imdb was talking about, and Kayako rips off Ms. Davis's jaw just by going through her mouth.
