Kawaki vs Shoto Todoroki

Kawaki in the EP189 had enough stamina for one fight with Garou only because before head he was fighting a bunch of very strong puppets. His stamina should be on par with Burrito and other kids.
Also Shoto still has the stamina advantage against Boruto, Kawaki and the other kids (according to their pages) very high vs high

Do you think it's a stomp? Or is it that Kawaki wins low-diff?
This isn't a stomp I believe, it's just that Kawaki counters Shoto really hard. Shoto's abilities revolve around creating ice and fire and launching it at his opponents, that's how he deals damage. Kawaki has an ability that allows him to absorb everything Shoto throws at him.
And another big advantage for Kawaki is his physical strength. Shoto has 7-C durability only against heat and ice based attacks, and only 8-C physical strength and durability. Kawaki fights in close combat and throws physical projectiles very often, each one can one shot Shoto.
Also Shoto still has the stamina advantage against Boruto, Kawaki and the other kids (according to their pages) very high vs high
That's true, but the fight won't last for hours. That's just unlikely.
