Katsumi Orochi vs Mercury Black - I can't think of a fancy title for this

I'm not that far into Baki atm though I'm at like Jack vs Shibukawa around there

So I don't know where Katsumi falls on the scale exactly but he should be <= to Retsu. Hopefully we can get some folks more knowledgeable than me
 
I guess because the feat is barely baseline 8B, and the only person who directly scales is Doppo Orochi, who Kataumi is vastly weaker then.
 
Anyway, they're comparable in AP and Mercury is better in every category outside of maybe skill

It's probably best to hold off on this, since Katsumi is missing quite a bit of stuff on his profile. He's looking at potential gaining some pretty good analytical prediction and some a decent info analysis.
