Mewtwo has all of Kami's abilities and more (Aside from martial arts training and the Mafubu technique) so he'll probably be able to take this without too much difficulty. The only advantage Kami seems to have is speed. Kami would need to seal to win.

Thought i had checked but I missed the speed equalization right at the beginning of the post, In that case Mewtwo takes this all the easier.

For reference I was going with hypersonic vs hypersonic + as I checked both their profiles with Kami having the higher end.

This is an incredibly old match I made, and tbh, it was kinda already a stomp for Mewtwo then. Mewtwo has only been upgraded and has more hax put under his belt. Closing (jeez. Thought this thread died...)
