I had this feeling for a while but Saber's keys feel really off. For example, Saber's second key, Zooous/Legeiel Arc (Episode 16-32), has the riders be 6-C. This is half incorrect as the riders only get to 6-C when Primitive Dragon debuts which is ep 25. Solomon Arc is wrong too since the riders are still Tier 6 until ep 36. So the new keys are going to be:
Saber, Blades, Espada, Buster, Kenzan, Slash, Storious: Calibur Arc and Touma's "Betrayal" (1-22) | Primitive Dragon's Debut (23-35) | Solomon's Debut (36-40) | Storious Arc (41-47)
Saikou: Saikou's Debut (16-22) | Primitive Dragon's Debut (23-35) | Solomon's Debut (36-40) | Storious Arc (41-47)
City Block level+, higher with Saikou X-Swordman (Can defeat the Yeti Megid who is able to damage Dragonic Knight Saber) | Island level (Easily defeated Legeiel/Zooous Arcm Base Blades, Kenzan, Buster and Slash at once), higher with Saikou X-Swordman up to Large Island level via Stats Amps (On par with Durendal alongside Elemental Dragon Saber. Able to handle with Sabela and Kento as Jaou Dragon Calibur) | Low Multiverse level (Scales to Xross Saber who stopped the merging of Real World and Wonder World), higher in X-Swordman Forms | Low Multiverse level (Much stronger than before. On the same level of power as Kamen Rider Storious), higher in X-Swordman Forms
