My reply above takes your second and third points into consideration. Cross series scaling for Kamen Rider is tricky since the only two shows that have direct references to past riders are Decade and Zi-O. Not even Den-O, which logically should be able to visit past riders, has a plot focused on them.

I see, actually since the phase 2 Heisei, the past Riders has been mentioned alot in other series. Like one episode of Ghost where Ichigo make his appearance, Ouja being revived in Ex-aid spinoff,... But i will take your reply and think about it.

That's because a lot of shows lacks mid-season cameos. For instance, W only met OOOs in the Eternal Movie; set long after the series proper.

Wew Geiz final form is basically downgrade version of Grand Zi-O and without the Rider-Watch on his body it would be good, however we get this which hilarious XD

Poor Geiz, he, Spectre, and Mach are the secondary Riders with a poor design final forms

Before I create Evolto's Profile I confused something?

What is Evolto's Main Form? His monster form or His Phase 1????

I think monster form is his true form, but as for main form, i'm not sure which one is, either blood stalk or evol cobra

so i say, just list his forms as Blood Stalk, Evol Cobra, Evol Dragon, Evol Rabbit, Evol Black Hole and finally his Ultimate state
