So, we currently have a Build page and a Legend Rider Build page. There's two problems with this. One is that the page is not significantly different enough to warrant a Legend Rider page, ergo breaking the Legend Rider page creation rule. Secondly, the material within Build's Legend Rider page is canon, so it shouldn't be there. How exactly is Heisei Generations Forever canon? Let's go over this
Heisei Generations Forever
During the first episode of Kamen Rider Zi-O, Sougo meets Sento and Banjo in their unaltered. We know this because Another Build was not created yet and Sougo even checks the date to confirm he traveled back to 2017. Furthermore, Tsukuyomi renders Sento, Banjo, and Sougo unconscious as to not heavily alter the past. When Another Build does alter the timeline, Sento and Banjo are affected of course. However, they do end up regaining their memories in episode 2 via Ridewatches and because of this, they remember their encounter with Sougo. Skip ahead to Heisei Generations Forever. Sougo ends up meeting Banjo again, who finds him familiar when coming across him and then fully recalls who the former is after Sougo identifies himself as the "crazy guy from the future".
So we've established through the original timeline of Build, through Sougo's trip to the past and the memories of Sento and Banjo that the events of Heisei Generations Forever are canon to Build's story. Because of this, the Real World statistics should be applicable to a decent amount of the Build cast with a new key.

Portrayed as physically stronger than any normal person in the Real World. Defeated hordes of enemies created by Another Ultimate Kuuga)
For Misora, it would look like this:

You get the idea. They would also scale to a higher level of Massively FTL+ due via scaling through battles to Zi-O, Geiz, and the Legend Riders brought into the Real World during the film. When Build's Legend Rider page was created, an intelligence feat of his was swapped over to that page. As the Legend Rider page should be deleted, here's what Sento's intelligence should say:
Supergenius (It has been stated that Sento has the "highest IQ of all the Heisei Riders", surpassing even that of Kuroto Dan. Sento is a genius in several fields of science and can create several Rider devices. Created the copies of alien devices [Evol Trigger and Evol Driver] such as the Build Driver and Hazard Trigger, mastering the usage of in his technology a Gas that warps Physics and Space-Time. For example, the Sky Wall notably had Bugster Viruses in them which is not found in Build's Universe, but rather Ex-Aid's. Came up with a way to safely harness the power of the Hazard Trigger, a feat of intelligence not even his previous self, Takumi Katsuragi, could manage to figure out. Incredibly skilled in combat, showing a finesse in the use of his Fullbottle abilities as well as weaponry, which allows him to often overwhelm his opponents. Cultivated and activated inert Evolt Cells despite Evolt being a completely alien life form. When he was Takumi Katsuragi, he helped Kaisei Mogami develop both the Kaiser System and the Enigma which allowed the user to travel through parallel universes, or combine them to cause their ultimate destruction. Fixed two Time Mazines, which are time travelling mechas, without any prior knowledge on they worked, effortlessly repairing and figuring out how to use them within minutes)
