It's not really a stomp since there's some hax that Kaguya can use that ganondorf isn't resistant to.

Like? Probably no one in Naruto can take on Ganon anymore. He has gotten new hax and abilities. It wasn't a stomp before that, it is now. She wouldn't even bother trying to dump him in one of her dimensions since she has more raw power, and Ganon's BFR is better anyway.

What can Kaguya even do here? Ganondorf can dump her into the gap between dimensions, spam elemental blasts at her, turn invisible and punch her to death, or use some good old fashioned mind control.
Kaguyas BFR is her only real chance here, but Ganondorf is likely to kill her before she even gets to attempt to do so. Kaguya could slso hypothetically mind control Ganondorf, but again, she'll likely be dead before she gets the chance.
I'm not sure about Ash Bones because I'm not entirely sure how applicable Ganons regen is in combat, or if he actually has that level of regen at all. I know that if he dies he'll eventually reincarnate after a few centuries but I don't remember any instance of him showing Low-Godly regen in any of his appearances or any statements that would imply that either. Not that it matters since, again, Ganondorf will likely kill her before she gets the chance to use Ash Bones.
In any case, Ganondorf takes this. Kaguya would give him some trouble and she can teleport to her other dimensions for a quick escape but it won't be anything ol' Crenado can't handle.
