So in Kaguya's profile it say's this

But then she scales

Large Star level with Expansive Truth-Seeking Ball (Kaguya's dimensions contain Stars and Planets and her Expansive Truth-Seeking Ball is capable of destroying and re-creating them)

So do we scale kaguya 4c from ETSB or not? And why naruto and sasuke doesnt scale there?

Kaguya doesn't even scale to the ESTB hence the "With ESTB"
