New Justice League issue is out, and we see just how powerful Perpetua is with the seventh force awakened.

Alongside the seventh force potentially being associated with "faithlessness" (Luthor's words), Perpetua effortlessly gives the Anti-Life back to Mobius, recreating him with his Post-Crisis armour and appearance and overriding the Ultra Monitor, and making him subservient to her.

So, we can likely add the Anti-Life Equation to Perpetua's profile, given how effortlessly she gifted it to the Anti-Monitor.

I wonder if the Anti-Monitor now possesses all the abilities of his brothers or the Post-Monitor Death COIE Anti-Monitor was more powerful than his brothers or at least Mar Novu since the cosmic balance was tipping in Mobius's favor.
