On this site, Inf speed is given to Ultra Beasts or Pokemon that take scale from them. However, Red, who is among the highest level team in the game, is limited to Ftl, although he fights with Elio. As you can see in the video, among the Pokemon that Elio can use, there are Pokemon such as Naganadel that can reach Inf speed.
I tried the same thing months ago. If a CRT needs to be closed for this to be evaluated please feel free to close the old one.
