The gifs that I have seen being thrown around to show that HA DIO can overwrite reality... is wrong.

This is a scene in which Valentine tries to attack DIO, and DIO goes to 'fight'
Between the scenes in which they are in the void and suddenly are on the city, HA DIO punched Valentine's Stand and all, said scene was most likely taken off due to PlayStation Share being a dick (Will see if I can just record myself the scene in which HA DIO hits Valentine first)
Now the Teleportation, that's not really teleportation, in game you see the same game effects that happen when a stand stops time, but is almost instantaneous the duration of said time stop (As DIO is just... dicking around like he always does.)
Now, in the mission when you fight HA DIO for the first time, you can get any of the Jojo protagonists (And Jotaro cuz he is the main character), and he is constantly spamming his time stop there.
TL;DR
We also need to upgrade Speedwagon Waifu to 8-B because he can harm characters like Jotaro and Dio

TL;DR
- He cant overwrite reality without his hands
- His Teleport are Pseudo teleport as they work due to DIO spamming his timestop.
- He can timestop characters like Johnny and Giorno Giovanna (In the first fight, because in the second there is only Jotaro and Jolyne as HA DIO said no u to the rest of the Jojo fam)
