Jogo's L7B rating has M3x's calc in it that is H7C. Was this just missed for some downgrade?

This is the only thing I can remember and it feels more like Yuji just being bad with CE or not being Gojo/Yuta/Sukuna level at the moment

And I do believe all anime are considered secondary cannon by default, since we do use the timeframe from the anime for a few accepted JJK calcs at the moment

Yeah every anime is Secondary canon. Problem arises when feats differs from Manga
Scene should exist in manga and anime showing it better is used as secondary canon and we can use for calculation and other stuff.
If a new feat is added to anime which doesn't exist in manga them it's a non canon material for that feat.

I feel like before we try to make this CRT, we should probably actually calc some of the other ap feats we have in the series. Again, Naoya has some solid feats. And even if CE doesn't get accepted as a UES the good thing about his feats are that they are all physical.Arkenis/sandboxJJKScales
Alright this is all I had planned.
Not to mention we could get something out of calcing gojo's maximum blue as that is an AP feat as well which could elevate all our Special Grades curses at least because we got someone like Jogo who can take the hits of a red and keep fighting.
