Jujutsu Kaisen Discussion Page #1

if you want to bring in the anime then we can literally see Gojo clasping his hands together to activate Blue's short range teleport against Sukuna and Miguel.

EDIT: I just realised this image is Gojo after using that very hand sign to short range teleport in chapter 2 against Sukuna 😭

Sukuna mentioned it was not just speed giving a hint about Gojo used his CT I guess.

On a real note, can we start this 7-C stuff, what's every calc that's 7-C.

It has to do with how Yuji and Maki could harm 10% at most Meguna. Since Sukuna at full power would scale to Gojo at full power, and we know that all of the sorcerers are stronger than their culling games self, that means that Yuji and those that scale to him should be at least or at most 8% of full power Sukuna.

8% of that would end up with them in 7-C
And I think Duedate's Sukuna scale works fine.

Characters scale to 8% of 20 Sukuna or 41.1392 Kilotons. Makes Uraume's feat supportive, we give Ryu, Yuta, Jackpot Hakari, Kashimo likely 100 kilotons compared to everyone else since they have higher output.

Every 7-C scaling I know
  • Ryu’s Granite Blast calc yielding 7 Kilotons
  • Uraume’s 7-C calc scaling to Ryu thanks to greatest output statement
  • Meguna thing, but that’s for full power 16F Meguna only.

big 2025 and some people still thinks that the white haired guy had a actual chance against kingkuna

I mean that also implies that Jogo is 7-C and 1 finger Sukuna scales to 25kt so ehhhh
The crazy thing is that Jogo would already have solid down-scaling from Gojo and Sukuna in terms of raw feats. He takes even less damage than I think Sukuna did from a Red to the face from Gojo. Sukuna tears through Jogo pretty easily, but it's Sukuna

Gojo was definitely holding back, Jogo's less durable than a dude who can be damaged by GW Yuji and Todo

That's why I specified raw feats. Hanami really only has statements going for them

? He can't use teleportation if that's what you're talking about. He says as much. Or well - He says he's literally working on it 1 year later after awakening.
This statement is in reference to long distance teleportation which would obviously be harder since he's compressing space and coordinates that are out of sight/farther away.

I did notice a while ago while JJK was still in its final chapters that a bunch of people didn't realise Miwa was sent to tell Yuta of the plan w Maki

Definitely different outputs of Red.
Yeah I disagree with this scaling. It’s basically ignoring all the feats we have in favor of this fingers percentage, which we don’t have even know if it’s a proportional jump in power.

The Tokyo kids had 4 rules they wanted to implement when they entered the Culling games
  1. Transfer points without needing to kill
  2. Entry and Exit of Colonies
  3. Communication across colony borders
  4. Leaving the Culling Games
Yuji and Higuruma already took care of 1.
2 and 3 weren't plausible iirc while Angel and Maki could both go in and out any colony barrier they wished. And utilising Ui Ui they could communicate as well so it would've been a waste of points.
The next rule they prioritised after getting rid of 2 and 3 was 4.
To make sure they didn't waste any points, they sent the Kyoto students to tell the Tokyo students of the new plan and that's why Yuta didn't use the points he had gained for around 4 days.
Megumi and Yuji question this as they didn't get a Kyoto student sent to them rather Maki herself.

Or maybe the teleportation is literally in specific named like that?
Either way there's little to prove that Gojo actually used teleportation but we already had this discussion so not gonna bother

Oh right. Just realised. Yall remember when we had some discussion here (or maybe a different jjk thread? Ik arkenis was involved and so was elde) about blue?
Yeah so I went over some instances of blue and realised as to how there are effectively different versions of it
1. One that drags your ass over here, common one we see, like some sort of telekinesis version of blue. Example of it being used like that: Paper clone guy, chapter 69-70(?). Sometimes it can be twisted to more lethal version where you get compressed by the space hax as you get drawn into it (or just blue compressing you if you don't believe it being space hax for whatever reason). Example being Agito getting clapped by Maximum output blue orb.
2. Teleportation, also involves compression. Nothing lethal about it.
3. Using BLUE as like.. A projectile. Like a bullet. This is the latter I never really thought about too deeply before. But went around and find some.

Especially the third image. (We see him get hit by blue from a part of his side)

We also see him using the first version against Toji to flick him away. He did it multiple times With Sukuna, from their first round to their second round part of their fight.
So basically, not everybody IS getting hit blue when they get levitated away.
Something to consider about ig incase some of yall didn't know. Shrug

Don’t fall for his bait, he’s annoying as hell with this. If no one’s talking about Sukuna Vs Gojo he will try to bring it up just to annoy people again.

The proof is that his hands are clasped when he "reappears"
This is used in every instance of blue teleportation whether long or short range barring this one but we got the blue explanation this chapter and Sukuna highlights his speed just like he did the first time Gojo used it so it's logical to assume he did it again.

????????????

I'm sorry Bro but he never used blue there against Sukuna. It was never blue "speed". If anything this is completely debunked IN the literal same chapter. Infact, in the vol 14-15 extra "Explaining Limitless". They mention a similar concept to what Kusakabe explained which Gege seems to have taken and used in chapter 226. It is literally just teleportation.

As for why he didn't use blue: There is literally no proof of that. If anything, what happened there was that Gojo got back his CT, which in verse means you lose the previous CE control nerf, so gojo's output spiked there. It's also why both Sukuna or Yuta nor anybody else DO not comment about what he did there being supposedly Blue. But the moment Yuta saw gojo lean back and point his finger Yuta instantly knew he used his CT.
Also again. I've already explained in a previous post why he didn't teleport against Toji there.

Which like. Proves my point further actually - Even in short distances he clasps his hand. Against Jizo or whatever the goon's name is - the GW goon, he teleported by clasping his hands

In the toji sequence there is quite literally no indication of him clasping his hands first - which is almost always the case WHEN gojo IS on screen. There is no such thing. Additionally, Gojo never had access to or mentioned teleportation whatsoever throughout the entire HI arc, and it only gets mentioned after his fight with Toji 1 year later. All other instances of teleportation mentioned and what not comes with Post Awakened gojo or adult gojo. Even the flashbacks we have from Kenjaku points towards the GW example and not HI arc, despite the flashback serving as the most recent example in Manga chronological order so to speak.

Also. Is there ever any mention of SHORT distance teleportation?
Even here it doesn't mention any.
0016-021.png

It's either teleportation, or as gojo named it - Long distance teleportation. Which honestly might be the same. As for Shinjuku arc - it mentions the same thing - teleportation. That's it.

Still weird that there is no showing of Gojo supposedly clasping his hands BEFORE teleporting. So honestly I'm starting to think gojo clasped his hands for red instead, either or, he tried something after jumping away.

1:24 to 1:28

I'm afraid gojo never teleported tbh.

That's what I'm saying?
He "teleported" to Sukuna quickly by compressing the space between them.
This was something we the viewer knew he could do but didn't have an explanation until this chapter in which he was unable to use his CT.
Then at the very end of the chapter he regains his CT and suddenly moves fast enough for Sukuna to point it out and you think it wasn't him using blue?
As for why he didn't use blue: There is literally no proof of that. If anything, what happened there was that Gojo got back his CT, which in verse means you lose the previous CE control nerf, so gojo's output spiked there.
Sukuna and especially Gojo are the last people you can expect to get CE control nerfs when they experience burnout.
But even if he did get said nerf, Sukuna was not only unaffected as he didn't have burnout but he also had a domain amp, yet he was still somehow caught off guard by the speed.
That just would not be possible seeing how closely they are stats wise and the only explanation would be Gojo using blue to zip over to him like he's done multiple times.
It's also why both Sukuna or Yuta nor anybody else DO not comment about what he did there being supposedly Blue. But the moment Yuta saw gojo lean back and point his finger Yuta instantly knew he used his CT.
Well for starters Sukuna does comment on his speed.
No one ever outright says its blue cause they don't know and neither did we until we got an explanation for his movement in 226 and one for his strength in 231.
However they always note that it's not just Gojo's base stats.

Also again. I've already explained in a previous post why he didn't teleport against Toji there.
I saw your explanation I just don't agree with it when we clearly see his hands clasped right here.
Seeing it before or after the fact makes no difference because:
  1. We know he can teleport
  2. We know he uses that handsign when he teleports
  3. We and Toji see him vanish and he reappears with his hands clasped
The most logical thing to assume is that he teleported a short distance away like he's done countless times and all he had to work on was getting better at long distances.
