The fastest dudes are in 2-3, after that they only have FTL feats/statemente. The only ones who could bring MFTL scaling are Jotaro (who’s slower than his young self) and Polnareff, but King Crimson violates not only him but everyone else so

Honestly don’t know. If you mean currently running then no, especially not early on.

Everyone doesn’t fight the same characters for one, there isn’t the same scaling to go around and some characters are just slower. The parts generally jump around at 4 and up as well so you start getting different scaling trees. Pt 7 has mftl reactions & attack speed simply due to an alternate Dio coming in lmao.

Like, before me and Chariot changed it everyone was MFTL because of Silver Chariot. There are dudes that have a stated speed like Hanged Man but mfers scaled him to MFTL. Part 4 dudes clearly below FTL and they were MFTL as well.
