That was just walls of dismantles, in his fight against Higuruma, Sukuna has shown checkering things with normal dismantle, For example, the checkering of the rocks—and even having enough range to cover all of it, there was no chants or anythin to indicate it was the gojo killer

World slash & normal dismantle has different ways of drawings. That wall of dismantle is indeed World slash. Normal dismantle are just lines.
