From the beginning of the series Sukuna has been treated as some mysterious being. It's great we are getting his POV. Also his mind set is one of the best as a Villain. I'm having hard time if I i should call this guy as Villain or antagonist. LMAO.

Gojo & Higuruma kinda confirmed to be dead by Sukuna. Dude most likely was talking about injured as in Choso , Ino and Kusakabe. I might be wrong though just saying. Many thinks Higuruma and Gojo likely alive.

I mean corrosion stuff is related to choso and his bros being part curse hence their blood destroys people

. Anyway Shoko has no feats for healing damage done by Sukuna she failed twice. Idk how she will heal Gojo even if we say he is somehow alive. To be Frank only way she can heal him with some binding vow for her life. I don't see any other ways.

I mean if you can manipulate blood of others in your domain thats what would make it busted.
You can just induce brain hemorrhage on the spot and that basically takes out anyone who isn't a curse
