Just watched the new episode and HOLY SHIT THIS IS SOME FIRE. I loved the additions to Toji Vs Megumi and Toji's suicide actually felt better delivered here than in the manga. And this fight's not even the highlight of the episode because oh my god Jogo Vs Sukuna was perfect. Jogo causing all the destruction was beutifully animated and helps sell just how strong he and by extention Gojo and Sukuna are far better than the manga. They also couldn't have adapted the "you are strong" scene better, that shit was beutiful.

And don't even get me started on the teaser of Mahoraga. Considering the back to back peak we've been getting i can barely control my hype for the last stretch of Shibuya. I swear if they handle Yuji Vs Mahito the way they've been doing things up to now, it might end up being one of the best fights in recent anime

So far my ranking of season 2s fights would be

1. Yuji Vs Choso
2. Gojo Vs Toji (both fights)
3. Jogo Vs Sukuna
4. Gojo Vs the disasters
5. Toji VS Megumi
6. Toji Vs Dagon
7. Nobara & Nanami VS Haruta
8. Yuji & Megumi Vs the old guy
9. MeiMei VS Small Pox Diety
10. Dagon Vs Maki, Nanami and Naobito (mind this is still a decent fight, just goes to show how insane this seaosn's been)

@SunDaGamer is there any problem with the calculations? Or we can use this?

Pretty much Kusakabe tanked this shit despite being Grade 1 Sorcerer. I think we can upscale Special Grade Sorcerer or character who scales above him with this.
We don't really know how Kusakabe survived Uzumaki but Kenjaku's statement that Kusakabe has a little "know how" implies Kusakabe used a barrier technique to soften the blow

Can SD soften the blows?
Btw I don't understand what Kenjaku even meant there.

The anime is not canon and you will have to deal with this fact as long as youā€™re on this wiki.

I'm sorry but the anime is actually canon. Primary canon even šŸ˜.
What does that have to do with me telling you that it is blatantly confirmed to be canon, treated as superior canon etc? I literally couldn't care less about the arbitrary thinking of the wiki, I'm just straight up telling yall that it is canon, cuz some of yall are just not aware of the existence of the confirmed canonicity for the series itself.

Yeah the anime isn't main cannon, more tertiary all we can really use it for is timeframe for stuff that happens in the manga or for getting measurements when we can't find any reliable measures in the manga.

The anime would be considered secondary canon by site standards given the defining difference between secondary and tertiary is lack of supervision by the original author . With Gege actively storyboarding and supervising, tertiary status would not be applicable.

Yeah because it reflects what Gege could not do/didn't do good at, it is basically, so to speak, a way of rewriting previous Manga scenes with more additional detail and so on. That or you can simply just call it secondary canon and call it a day, it doesn't matter which one of these two you choose. What matters is that it is simply canon.

I donā€™t know why youā€™re obsessed with the anime being canon, or even secondary canon. The most youā€™ll get from it is timeframes and clarification on ambiguous scenes.

If you or anyone else is planning to use the fact that Gege ā€œsupervisesā€ the anime to make Jogoā€™s feats as canon, just give up. The wiki doesnā€™t accept extended fights feats, as they donā€™t happen in the manga.

The part where you say that Gege does what he couldnā€™t do in the manga, Iā€™m pretty sure they never said that.

As of now, the manga is the primary canon and source of everything.
