Jotaro knows someone wants to kill him. (Yare Yare...)
Corvo has 10 minutes preparation time and he knows that something invisible is protecting his target.
Well, I just made a whole 3 paragraph writeup that fandom decided to delete because I had to make an account before posting it (even though you can still type without one). I'm not doing it again, but the conclusion I drew from it was Jotaro seemed like the obvious winner, but after writing two paragraphs I realized Corvo probably has it. Even assuming Jotaro can enter Corvo's bent time like he can enter Dio's stopped time, Corvo's lasts much longer than Jotaro's, and he could easily take the Dio route of overwhelming him with projectiles, rats, and a wind blast for good measure.
Also assuming that possession works like in the game where they stumble forward upon stopping it, Corvo could trap him easily like that. The heart would most likely give him at least some info.
Also if Jotaro can't move during his bent time that makes it even easier, Corvo absolutely has enough time with bent time and blink to get him before he has time to react, even if he can instantly.
Overall, surprisingly to me, Corvo takes this one IMO
tbh this is dependent on what version of Corvo we're using, whether that be Low Chaos Corvo or High Chaos Corvo
Jotaro wins by ORAORAing Low Chaos Corvo while he's attempting his chokehold or blasting him away with Windblast, while High Chaos Corvo murders Jotaro with Shadow Kill, or possesses Jotaro and causes him to fall off a cliff after walking him to the edge, exiting his body, and shoving him off, or eats Jotaro alive with Devouring Swarm.
Star Platinum scales to/above Stone Free which has a 0.8 ton feat. Assuming this is High Chaos Corvo, unless he is explicitly stated to be on the lower end of 9-A or even near/at baseline 9-A then it shouldn't be an issue attempting to attack Jotaro and break through Star Platinum. And even if there were issues doing so, or if Corvo was specifically stated to be on the lower end of 9-A or even near/at baseline 9-A, Corvo's time stop lasts much longer than Jotaro's time stop in actual Dishonored gameplay (about 8 seconds compared to Part 4 Jotaro's 2 seconds) and is only dependent on mana rather than Corvo's own stamina, which means that if he ever runs out of reserved mana, he can pop a bottle of mana to bring his reserves back up and time stop again, so even if Corvo can't put a dent in Star Platinum with his 9-A AP, he can sure as hell put his lights out in stopped time against Jotaro's base 9-B dura when Star Platinum attempts to resume time and can't due to being stuck in Corvo's World.
You do realize that Star Platinum can one shot characters who can literally cut Stone Free's arms off right? And Corvo is small Building level, without the +, meaning, he's under halfway through the tier. What's that mean? It means Stone free alone is, at minimum, assuming Corvo is exactly 1% off the +, Stone Free is literally 80x stronger. Jotaro though is in the + range of Building level, meaning he's at least 1 ton. So at minimum, SP is casually, literally 100x stronger than Corvo. Not withstanding he can oneshot characters who can dismember characters 80x stronger than Corvo.
Star Platinum just needs to touch him once and he's dead, he doesn't even need to touch him, simply punching something hard enough to launch debris all over would be enough.
And Jotaro has Building level durability too, he cant do shit to either of them without resorting to hax. Jotaro has 9-B AP, which is what you're confusing with his durability, which is drastically higher.
Not withstanding Jotaro's dealt with characters with longer time stops than him before, he'd just act like he can't move, and when Corvo gets within range, punch his head off, given that's kinda exactly how he deals with those situations and Corvo wouldnt know not to get close to him, he has zero reason to assume Jotaro of the invisible entity can move in stopped time, so when he goes in for the kill, bam, SP guts him and he wouldnt even see it coming, literally, because he cant even see SP.
welp depends if corvo wants to go for the kill with his sword or with his gun or crossbow, if he goes with his range weapons he can kill jotaro since jotaro's time stop resistance is low and should be even lower in part 4, and also corvo is inmune to time stop
meh who am I kidding, SP being to move in stop time messes everything, the only way for corvo to win is to go for possesion, since he wont expect SP to move in stop time so he wont go for more than one arrow or bullet most likely
