Jotaro still wins, snake's only chance is from long range. But star platinum can most likely defend jotaro against all the incoming gunfire. Then once jotaro is in range, snake wont be able to do much. Snake cant effect star platinum, and wont be able to defend him self against a heart stop or an ora ora.
