I already did this during the forum move, but everything from that period got Thanos'd, so now I'm doing it again. Plus, Michael Newman actually has a profile now! Will Adam Sandler prove that he truly is the strongest character in fiction? Or will he be defeated by a 9-B JoJo character?

Post-Dio's World Jotaro used with Star Platinum unrestricted. Speed is equal with both starting twelve meters away from each other. Adam has the universal remote.

Okay, excluding the massive tier and durability difference. you fail to acknowledge if Jotaro "wins", Michael respawns and will remember what happened each time he dies until he figures it out. Assuming Michael or Jotaro find they're way back to each other (which wouldn't really make sense because Jotaro would be dead in his verse by that time, and Michael wins by nature of immortality).

This is an unbalanced thread. I'll give you a minute to rewrite it to be more in accordance to the forum's standards, or it'll need be closed as it is a stomp in both parties' favors.

Michael's immortality passively sends him back in time, so he'd experience the same events in a loop, including his fight with Jotaro.

It doesn't matter, Jotaro can literally One-Shot him and tank everything he does because his AP and Durability are too high.

Adam can stop time, set a goal for his placeholder to hit Jotaro a couple thousand times, and then return to his body. Keep in mind that it would all be registered as one attack.
