The Dark Night's nemesis is completely outclassed.

Joker's profile says that he traded and took hits from Batman, despite this he's only listed as Street level.

And how could he trade blows with Batman if he's just a peak human in speed?
 
Well, I think that he is usually portrayed as very physically outclassed by Batman, but I could be wrong.
