Joker (Arthur Fleck from Joker 2019) vs L Lawliet (Death Note)

L has all the resources he used in the series and this takes place in the early 2000s but we're still assuming the Joker doesn't get caught before L stepping in, the conflict starts when L starts trying to catch the Joker after the 3 subway killings and the Joker would know L is after him through the media

L's win condition: catch the joker and prove he is guilty

Joker's win condition: have things play out like they did in the movie without L stopping it

Who would win?

It wouldn't be that hard to link Arthur Fleck to the crime, as his clown costume was the exact same as the guy who killed the Wall Street guys, and he wouldn't even be one to deny the fact that he killed them. So, L could easily arrest Arthur Fleck and manipulate him in order to draw out a confession.
