Justice was 8-A, Tarkus 8-B, then High 8-C, then 8-C+, then 8-C. OBD wiki had some pretty sus calcs tbh, but Star Platinum and lads were like 8-A back in 2012-14. Unsure how long that lasted here though.

Dio's SRSE cloud split, which even at worse is like 8-A, can easily be tier 7 (Though not as high as recent calcs would make you think), but as it says on the tin, shit ain't canon, as cool as it would be to have Dio with just a single giant **** off attack.

The whole damage stacking thing on his profile is kinda inconsistent, since there’s counter arguments to make and it seems to stack when the plot feels like it
Like when he breaks Kira’s hand not stacking, but immediately afterwards he visibly stacks it in the attack rush
Time stop physics in general are inconsistent
