GER and ZA WARUDO OVER HEAVEN are the only who comes to mind tbh. I think Prime Jotaro's Peak Star Platinum is the physically strongest stands if we're going with regular stands

Doesn't Tusk scale to The World? Plus, enraged Crazy Diamond somewhat scales to part 4 Star Platinum, who is above RHCP, and I assume King Crimson is around the level of RHCP or higher as that's what the profile implies

Angry King Crimson donuted Spice Girl, who can casually dismember Sticky and is stated multiple times to be a extremely high end stand physically herself (It's actually kinda weird that she's stated to be a damn good CQC Stand, despite literally never having been in a fight, only reason I see that as legit is she effortlessly chopped off Sticky's arm, which is like what the **** that came out of nowhere), so there's that.

sometimes yeah, in fact, it explicitly does so for a handful, like Whitesnake (who isnt a short ranged power type, but he's disguised as one), weather, CD, Chariot, and others.
The closer they are to the host, the faster, but inversely, the further they go, the slower. Which actually makes scaling a pain in the ass at times but whatever. It's actually been a note I've been meaning to add for the relevant Stands, the speed and power of some Stands will be directly altered depending on the distance according to how far and close they are.

Enraged CD had to punch 4-6 times at SP's guard, who wasnt willing to fight his, relative, who seemed relatively kind and quite politeful moments ago, then became really pissed off because "hair argh!". Even then, the dude had to throw one final uppercut-like blow at the guard, FROM downwards, to just then redirect his arms up, essentially breaking his guard.... Ngl, thats pathetic. Jotaro was even able to activate TS at the last second, whilst he was hold up in his thoughts and CD was already in mid-swing. You can also count SP doing a quick blitz punch at Josuke who was all ready to go crazy on Jotaro, he was also in combat stance, too.. (Josuke)

I wonder as to whether somebody has like, once used the argument, "outdated" for guidebooks when it comes to JoJo in VSBW. Like say, "haha GER cannot affect (RTZ) D4C LT or Golden spin because guidebooks are outdated!!!"
