Funny thing is, I legit read the stamina page after making my comment.

The explosion exceeded the distance of Porkbelly by a good margin. We have no proof of Porkbelly being a large city, so it's best to assume it's the average size of a city. Since the explosions exceeded it by a good margin, Johnny's range should be relatively comparable to Luffy's.

Teleportation: By lifting both of his arms and bringing them down, Johnny-X can Teleport to wherever he pleases.

Luffy can definitely time that easily... Even if he doesn't even do movements and just thinks, luffy with his instinct will know when to grab him
