Still a little salty about what happened last time, so I'm making this. Oh and, Johnny got some new stuff that will help him here.

7-C Johnny and High 7-C Junko will be used here (Base Johnny vs Junko as Monokuma).

Johnny will have all of his equipment except for his Bionic Arm and Black Hole.

Both fighters start 5 meters away from each other.

Speed is equalized.

Fight takes place in Porkbelly.

I'm just gonna put Johnny's skill summary here:

Johnny is comparable to the likes of Dukey, who was stated to be programmed with the DNA of Kung Fu masters. Dukey is also the same person (or dog in this case) who was able to predict a laser coming its way to attack Johnny. Johnny also states that he knows karate. He was also stated to have Ninja DNA. He’s also shown to be skilled enough to pop two water balloons with a badge while blind.

Johnny and his crew were able to defeat a bunch of rogue Penguins. However, these aren't your average Penguins. After figuring out that global warming was decreasing the Penguin population, they decided to take matters into their own hands and solo all of the military forces. The Penguins legit captured Argentina in a very short amount of time. Keep in mind that these Penguins have shown to have no military experience prior to this, and yet they were able to do all of this in a relatively short timeframe. Johnny was able to casually solo multiple robot enemies in simulation training, even receiving compliments from The General himself. At the end of the episode, Johnny and the crew were able to defeat the rogue Penguins and save the world. Johnny was able to accomplish all of this thanks to his extensive knowledge on video games.

She’s the Ultimate Martial Artist, and being an “Ultimate” is no joke. She is to Martial Arts what other Ultimates are their trades, and I think you know how ridiculous Ultimates are from your previous DRV threads

Johnny fights on par with people who have Precognition (Dukey), and he defeated Penguins who were able to solo the entire military and capture Argentina in a short timeframe with no prior fighting or military experience.

Supernatural Luck is quite literally the perfect counter to Junko's bullshit Precog (and even then, Johnny fights on par with people who have Precog).

And you obviously can't forget his Time fuckery abilities (can stop or rewind Junko for up to 5 mins, and can completely stop time for as long as he wants).

Welp, this is the Mukuro skill summary

Mukuro is the Ultimate Soldier, scouted and trained in the military group "Fenrir" ever since she was a child, and has never received even a single injury during all of her years fighting as a soldier. It has also been stated that even a single member of Fenrir is the equivalent of an entire company of soldiers, and Mukuro is the best among all of the Fenrir members. (Her training included parachuting down the while the sky was being bombarded with anti-air fire)

Due to her training she is highly proficient in both a variety of firearms, knives, explosives such as grenades, and hand-to-hand combat to the degree she is able to hold her own, or even defeat equally as trained individuals, she has fought and bested the Ultimate Swordswoman Peko Pekoyama in a sword fight while only using a knife.

• Peko Pekoyama, who was trained by the Kuzuryu clan since she was a baby, was capable of holding her grounds against Kyosuke Munakata, who effortlessly thrashed, The Ultimate Wrestler, Great Gozu and sees Takumi Hijirihara as a non-threat. It should be noted that Takumi himself is skilled enough to deflect multiple fireworks from Ted Chikatilo right back at him with his eyes closed, fodderize Mukuro's worshippers even when they ambushed him (One of them completely wiped out the 8th branch security guards), and Juzo Sakakura, the Ultimate Boxer, seems to fear him.

Mukuro has also killed all eight of the Madarai Brothers (The Madarai brothers were a group of octuplets that were collectively considered skilled enough to be the Ultimate Bodyguard) without taking even a single hit; and that was when they ambushed her.

And once she used Battle Trance, Mukuro fought off endless hordes of Monobears, up to a hundred robots which were programmed specifically to fight Mukuro while being shot at by mounted machine gun turrets, and was defeating them without suffering a single injury with nothing but a sharpened pipe.
This feat made Junko say "Describing her as ''Ultimate" no longer did her justice. Mukuro had transcended the boundaries of humanity and became a pure killing machine."

I don't think thats very true, Makuro got her shit kicked in by Sakura Ogami when she wasn't using Battle Trance Mode.

Yeah, and the Penguins had absolutely no experience whatsoever in using any kind of firepower, which makes it even more impressive.

No, but he has his own Social Influencing, being able to completely stop animals like dogs from attacking by just playing some background music and making a sympathetic face (here's the example), and he's very good at using reverse psychology and guilt tripping in order to get what he wants (Examples 1 and 2).
