As with most Stands, killing the user usually does it, usually, sometimes you **** yourself by doing it but that's super uncommon.

If Test could kill Johnny or his horse as soon as the match starts, he'd probably win, if he doesn't, and gives Johnny even a moment to get Act 4 up and going, he's probably ****** unless he randomly decides to time rewind but I don't know why he'd time rewind to avoid a thing he's probably not even gonna be able to see.

I really don't see Test killing Joestar off the bat in the matchup, especially since their starting distance is pretty far away via SBA. So yeah, this is pretty much a stomp unless Test is bloodlusted
