I guess by this logic, Super Hybrid ACoC Kaidou not naming his attack when he claps Guernica means the attack is below named attacks like Thunder Bagua?

Pretty much, there's hundreds of examples of named attacks being superior to regular hits in the manga.
Although unlike with Jinbe's Buso technique Kaidou's non-named techniques still have scaling to the High 6-A range.

Wait how do we scale Ace to H6A for clashing with Akainu and only losing due to the elemental shit.. but Jinbe does the same and it's invalid?

That's not the primary justification for Ace, but in addition to that, Ace has a lot more going for him than Jinbe;
- He fought and burned Whitebeard.
- Matched an attack from both Aokiji and Akainu.
- Fought head-to-head with Blackbeard.
- Ranked as a Division Commander among peers like Marco, Jozu, Vista, etc. (Not the strongest point, just mentioning it because it's on his profile)
- Stated in supplemental material to have one of the most powerful Devil Fruits.

i see no issue scaling his bosu durability, he's outright stated to have blocked cognac, even when linlin put more power into it he wasn't massively injured
and only hybrid rokushiki WW scales, thus it doesn't contradict anything (Scabbards outnumber the Tobiroppo and scale much higher individually, the strongest attacks of 1 Tobiroppo being on par with them won't change anything)
