Sweeping monk could potentially be 8-A since he could fodderize 8-B level Xiao Yuanshan, who is almost equal or just slightly inferior to Guo Jing in strength.

Shi Po Tian is definitely among the Top or even God Tier Jin Yong characters, whether he is the strongest, though, is up to be debated imo.

I don't know Xiao Yuanshan could have 8-B since I don't have enough knowledge about his feats. Xiao Yuanshan and Murong Bo's profile should be completed first in order to find that how strong Sweeping Monk is.

I was scaling Xiao Yuanshan to an 8-B Guo Jing, since both of them seem to close in strength, with Guo Jing being slightly superior.

Guo Jing >= Xiao Feng >= Xiao Yuanshan imo.

Huang Rong, doesn't that scale to like Guo Jing before he even learned the 18 Dragon Subduing Palms then, when Guo Jing was weaker but not overwhelmingly weaker than her? Or did Hua Rong grow stronger.

The sound was generated by the flying projectile though. Yes she is wayy stronger.

Travel speed feat for Golden Wheel Monk, whose Þ¢╗Õèƒ is much weaker than Yang Guo, not sure how it compares to Guo Jing, though. Golden Wheel Monk's travel speed outpaced a regular horse's soo much (pretty much a blitz) that he could run wayy ahead of the horse and sleep.

When Huang Rong just left the island: Stronger than pre-18 Dragon Subduing Palms Guo Jing (according to Guo Jing himself) and outmatched him in sparring. Also more powerful than the Four Ghosts of Yellow River.

After learning with Hong Qigong: Stronger, but idk how much, she doesn't have much feats

and then RotCH: stronger again?

Yes, she and Guo Jing practisd the Jiu Yin Zhen Jing together during the 12 years prior to RotCH. Though Guo Jing's growth seemed to be faster than hers.
 
Who would post-learning with Hong Qigong Huang Rong scale to though? Her feats aren't that impressive, like cheap-shotting Ke Zhen'e and overpowering Yang Kang aren't really great showings.

Well, she learnt the very Hax µëôþïùµúƵ│ò Dog Beating Staff Technique that allows her to tangle with Top Tiers eventhough she was only mid-high tier at that time.

I am not sure too tbh hahaha she was stronger than Yang Kang but weaker than Qiu Chu Ji though.

9-C is actually Low Tier in Jin Yong tbh, fodder tier would be 10-A lol.

I would say:

Fodders(10-A to Low 9-C): random soldiers, random Õ©«µ┤¥Õ╝ƒÕ¡É Tier, Low 9-C is high-end fodder in Jin Yong. Yang Tiexin is considered one of the high-tier fodders in Jin Yong, I would say, because he could one-shot random soldiers. High-tier fodders would be people with basic Martial arts like the random Õ©«µ┤¥Õ╝ƒÕ¡É who can probably take out 5 random soldiers on his own with a lot of effort.

Low Tiers(within 9C): Usually refers to average Sect Disciples Tier.High-end low tiers would be16-year old Guo Xiang, Lu You Jiao etc.

Mid Tiers(within 9-B): Usually refers to Top Sect Disciples Tier ÚíÂÕ░ûÕ╝ƒÕ¡É, such as Jiang Nan seven freaks, Lu Wu Shuang, Yang Kang, EOS Guo Fu, EOS µ¡ªµ░Åbrothers, Yi Zhi Bing etc. High-end Mid tiers would be 16-year old Yang Guo and post 18 Dragon Subduing Palms Guo Jing.

High Tiers(9-A to 8-C):Usually refers to the Sect Leaders Õ©«õ©╗ Tier, people who can easily õ©øµ¿¬µ▒ƒµ╣û/õ©ÇµÁüÚ½ÿµëï such as Mei Chao Feng, Qiu Chu Ji, Huang Yao Shi's Four Disciples, Ni Mo Xing, Huang Rong, Li Mo Chou etc. High-end High-Tiers would be EOS LotCH Guo Jing, Pre-timeskip Heavy Sword Yang Guo, Xiao Long Nv, Four Heavenly Kings, etc.

Top Tiers(8-B to Low 8-A):Usually refers to characters who can one-shot fodderize High-Tiers, ÚíÂÕ░ûÚ½ÿµëï such as The Five Greats, RotCH Guo Jing, EOS Yang Guo, Golden Wheel Monk, Zhou Bo Tong, Zhang Wu Ji, Xiao Feng, XIao Yuan Shan, Wang Chong Yang etc.It is hard to differentiate between Top-Tiers because their strength would mostly be roughly equal.

God Tiers(8-A to 7-C):Legendary characters, such as Sword Devil Du Gu Qiu Bai, Sweeping Monk, potentially Shi Po Tian, Huang Shang etc.
 
Seven Freaks of Jiangnan are stronger than Guo Jing who just left Mongolia. Or are you referring to Guo Jing after learning the 18 Dragon Subduing Palms?
