Jedah Dohma upgrade/New Key

The comic book, alas, has proven to us to be .... incredibly inaccurate to the video game, altering big parts of the entire lore of Darkstalkers to the point I wondered if the people ever played the game (Lilith's characterization being one of the most disturbing changes)

However it does give Jedah a HUGE upgrade. Namely? He created an entire universe, in his own very words, and the Maji-gen is called an 'universe', not dimension. Then what is the Fetus God? It seems on a higher tier of 3-A, although he is apparently meant to cause a multiversal wiping. Morrigan eventually defeats the Fetus God with a Soul Fist able to plunge it back to the Maji-ge , thus sealing him forever inside it (in this version, the Maji-gen does NOT get destroyed with Jedah's death)

Jedaha's defeat is honestly a huge PIS case (Jill rips his heart and Akuma finishes him off with Donovan's sword, although that one was actually stated as powerful enough to kill even Belial)

Thus, I think Morrigan merged with Lilith, Jedah would be all 3-A tier... again, unless we decide to ignore the comic books due to blatant discrepancies with the games and the part where Riku kidnaps Laura to be her mate (Yes, that DOES happen *shudders*)

The problem is that this is a non-canon crossover. The Darkstalker characters are matched by the Street Fighter ones.

The Crossover is in itself canon in the UDON continuitiy, leading to things like Ultra-Street Fighter II with Violent Ken. However, characters often talk about the previous continuity and there are plenty of preludes all over Street Fighter showing how they all fought the creatures of the night.

Not to say, it's basically a retelling of Darkstalkers 3, with a looooot of the facts stated there actually backed up by the UDON official guidebook (such as Jedah fighting Bellial, something he never did in the previous lore)

Also, even in the crossover, most Darkstalkers characters have shown to downright dominate Street Fighter, even when it came to strong ones like Necalli and Oro.

The only darkstalkers who have lost have been Lord Raptor, Bishamon and Jedah (who I think lost to PIS, given he also recoiled when hit by John). The other times the Darkstalkers were actively holding back not to kill the opponent

Still it mentions Jedah's defeat by Bellial's hand, something that, IIRC, did not happen in his original backstory (where he was just tricked to absorb the energy of the Soul Gate).

I am just saying, some retconning happened. And the crossover is relatively light on PIS (besides Akuma being able to hurt Top Tiers of Darkstalkers like Donovan and Jedah, but even then Morrigan implied she'd have easily killed him, or John Trabain pushing back Jedah in the final battle)
