But how does he find Lep in stealth? Cause Lep can find Jason in stealth via Enhanced senses.

That's the thing. I reckon that Lep will find Jason originally, and get the first one or two hits off due to that. But Jason then absolutely decimates Lep with his machete

Jason has the homecourt and a weapon while the lep has ways around Jason's stealth, has claws and teeth that can inflict the same amount, if not more damage than a single machete, and is vastly stronger.
