Jason takes Gotham - Batman vs Jason Voorhees

Maybe, but he doesn't need to kill to win, he could also KO him or leave him incapable of fighting by damaging him enough
 
I'll go with batman via his skill, various equipment & gadget if Incapacitation is in victory condition.
 
Batman wins. Batman's skilled enough to avoid him until he's restrained or he can just use a launcher of some sort so Jason wouldn't be able to touch him. Incapacitation through restraints, then lock Jason up somewhere. Or just bury him. 6 feet of dirt is enough to crush a steel coffin, Jason's tough but he isn't going to be able to move enough to dig his way out. He'll live but he's never going to get out again.
 
Batman's skill and gadgets should give Jason a run for his money, but the thing is that Jason gets back on his feet shortly after getting knocked out on 4 instances, and in 2 of those instances he had a massive cranial injury that would kill any human instantaneously, his Regenerationn and pain tolerance makes him difficult to knock out or even restrain, since Jason has the strength advantage and he's very creative when it comes to killing and utilizing most things as weapons.

I'm not conviced on who would win yet though.
