Well Jack is TIER above Muzan after all.

Jack's sword is made from holy beings to destroy the physical manifestation of evil (which Aku is the remnant of). But Muzan haven't been portrayed as a being made or manifest from evil energy, and his weakness is based on the sun instead of holy energy. Unless Jack's sword nulls the Regenerationn of psychopath mass murderers in general, I don't see it killing Muzan.
Otherwise, Jack blitzes until the sun is up given that Jack can resist fear hax, and that Muzan's adaptive power levels can't close the speed gap (Muzan only needs a scratch for his curse).

There are fearhax revisions around so Muzan is likely going to lose it.
