The majority of Muzan's hax won't work on a Cybertronian, who aren't carbon based life forms with flesh and blood. So he has zero way past High-Mid Regen.

And Galvatron only method of winning would be to outlast Muzan until the sun rises and he dies. While he could restrain with his superior lifting strength, Muzan's ability to shapeshift would make holding him impossible as he could just slip out of his grasp.

Unless he has some way of destroying Muzan so utterly that he has no solid body parts remaining?

Could Muzan BFR him with the Infinity Fortress?

Now i change it to Dark of the Moon version and Muzan can do BFR in here with Infinity Fortress and about Muzan regeneration Megatron can just use his Cannon to blast Muzan body

Megatron can't pulverize him, a 4.33x difference isn't enough to overpower High-Mid regen. While Megatron scales above that value, Muzan also scales vastly above 100 Tons.

Muzan will just BFR Megatron if he can't beat him normally and he has no counter for this.
