Itachi Uchiha VS Shunsui Kyoraku

Shunsui stomps Alive Itachi for sure.
As for Edo Itachi, I'm not sure Shunsui's Bankai can put him down because of his Regenerationn. He could resort to Kidō like he did against Lille but Itachi has precognition and he could either evade it by dispersing into crows or blocking it with Yata Mirror. Most of Shunsui's Kidō will likely get the same treatment. As for Itachi, he could spam Amaterasu, though I'm not sure if it can put Shunsui down, it'd probably give him some injuries or make him sacrifice a limb depending on how it hits him. Though if the injuries are serious enough, he could hide in his shadow dimension. And well, this is Itachi. He would use genjutsu on Shunsui. I don't know if Shunsui can use reikaku to get out of it since he didn't attempt to do so against Aizen, IIRC. However, I don't see him getting out of Tsukuyomi for sure. And he can seal him with Totsuka Blade too. Currently voting for Itachi. Also, I wonder if Izanami would be useful here.

Shunsui > Alive Itachi by a huge margin
Edo is different though, he is harder to permantly put down per say but remeber Shunsui is a soul reaper that sends the Undead back to the afterlife so i'm sure he can do that to edo itachi as well, once he figures out the edo's true nature

True. Shunsui's MHS+. Other than that, I see no problem with this match.
