Speed ins't equalized so Hajime absolutely blitz, but if is equalized then:
Since both are bloodlusted the moment the fight begin Satou become insane for the bloodlust of Hajime, Hajime also instantly use Supreme Break and blitz hard or just use the EE with Info manip and Concept Manip Type 2 and Satou die.
