Is this void manipulation, chaos manipulation or reality warping? +AP question

So im working on a profile for a character called Coral from the comic "Coral of the void". She controls and technically embodies the primordial void, however i am having trouble with it.
You see, void manipulation usually is the manipulation of quite literally nothing, however this short chapter explains its overall origins

it seems to contradict our definition of void manipulation, however Coral also does things that are synonymous to void manipulation such as creating matter out of nowhere.
Void gives her energy enough to recreate the universe, yet it can also create the universe out of nowhere.
What would the ability be?

Extra:
Coral controls the entire energy of the void and can cause a big bang at any moment. Question is, is this 3-A or Low 2-C?
Technically it says "the void existed for an immesurable amount of time" but it is also stated that "in the beginning there was the void, not nothing, the void was the first thing" contradicitng the time statement (it could be a figure of speech) and implying that the void was the first thing and not anything else. What do y'all think?

I'm still confused when it comes to Alien X, but the Big Bang is considered Low 2-C in special cases.

Creating a supposed Big Bang that would create all the space of a universe or its space and time through a physical explosion is a 3-A feat, and grants Explosion Manipulation, limited Spatial Manipulation and limited Time Manipulation. Surviving such an event from its center or near it is a Universe level feat in durability, but like in all explosions, the further away one is from the center, the less of its power is withstood.

If it has generated a space-time expansion that creates an entire universal spacetime continuum from scratch, it is treated as Low 2-C. The difference between this and a 3-A Big Bang that also creates time being that the latter only creates a moment of a universe's time that will expand on its own after the Big Bang is over, therefore said Big Bang didn't create the length of time in the timeline, but kickstarted it from the beginning.

Void Manipulation works as well because its not just manipulating nothing
it's also being able to turn nothing into existence or existence into nothing which fits this explanation because
1 it has no form but started the creation of the universe
2 no form again forces them to find a tangible body to utilize their skills or their powers

although from the looks of it it seems to only grand AP with the Void. not sure about durability and other factors since the low 2-C rating big bang seems to originate from being able to use the hax of void. and if Coral can actually tank that big bang in its epicenter it would only be 3-A durability as per big bang page

Coral uses barriers constantly which have the same level of dura as her AP + they're mostly layered. Idk about physical scaling but I've a few feats for that
