Is this Non-Corporeal or Nonexistent Physiology?

I was wondering if being someone's shadow is Non-Corporeal or Nonexistent Physiology?. Note that the shadow is sentient and can interact with others but cannot be physically touched and it doesn't exist while it's pich black because there is no light to cast a shadow from the person it's attached to.

It's basically if you're shadow had a will of it's own and could hit people but was still just a shadow so no one could touch it.

It probably depends on how it's treated/what statements there are about it, but usually that'd be Non-Corporeal.

I'd say non corporeal. An IRL shadow is just the absence of light, but it still exists.

It seems Non-Corporeal has the victory here but I would also like to add that the sentient shadow cannot even be touched by those who have Non-Physical Interaction because the can harm the ghosts who are Non-Corpreal spirits.

This mean the sentient shadow lacks a soul right?.

Is this a new Danny Phantom character ability?
I knew someone was going to ask this question. I wish it was but nope, it's from a verse that I plan on adding to the wiki.

That just so happens to also have ghosts as a focus as well...

Well I mean it is a shadow right? Is there anything indicating that the shadow would have a soul?
I thought we assumed anything sentient has a soul unless proven otherwise.
