I was looking at the profile for God and i saw this:
Maya is the dream of God. While Maya is the illusion, God is the ultimate Reality, the true reality beyond Maya, the Reality from which all dreams emanated. He is beyond duality (Including the duality of space and time, Infinity and limitation, existence and non-existence)
Speed: Omnipresent (Everything in existence and non-existence is a part of God)
The Primal Ocean is an endless ocean of nothing that contained everything. Where all is God, a realm of formlessness limitless Oneness where all Souls will dissolve into him. This infinite ocean of Oneness expressed Love that brought about Maya and her purpose and she was afraid that all will be drag into the Void, the essence of God when all is done. It’s know as the heart/core of Creation behind, beyond, and within all planes.

Unbound by or being beyond existence and non existence doesn't warrant nep. Nep is by definition existing as nothing. So even if the GOD exists beyond existence and non existence, if he doesn't stated to be non existent, he is not nonexistent hence not nep. It would be just ND.
