Jov Leonov does some hand gestures and mind controls a group of what looks to be 400 soldiers, 800 if you count the second row but he doesn't move them yet. He's not only mind controlling them, he's also seeing through all their minds simultaneously, removing their ability to feel pain and spread them out across an entire factory.
So would would controlling 400 up to 800 soldiers at the same time, removing their pain and viewing through all of their eyes simultaneously be considered decent Mind Manipulation?. He seems to do I casually as well with no signs of effort, just some hand movements.
