I will summarize the main points that the guy in the video said.
In the first video, he says that Genm Billion is stronger than Ex-aid Muteki, because Ex-aid Muteki only has AP around Universe level, while Genm Billion has AP up to Megaverse (Which seems to be equivalent to Low 1-C). Because Gemn Billion has the ability to create infinite number of games, and each game is a multiverse (He said this is a feat in the Ex-aid's novel. I haven't read the novel so I don't know if this is real or not).
In the second video, he states that Ohma Zi-O is stronger than Genm Billion in the movie, but weaker than Genm Billion in the novel. Because Genm Billion in the novel created the Mighty Novel X game, the game has 7 billion players, thereby creating 7 billion endings corresponding to 7 billion universes (Again, I haven't read the novel so someone please confirm this for me). While Ohma Zi-O can only destroy 21 universes. And Ohma Zi-o also does not possess the power of Genm Billion because Ohma Zi-O only possesses the power of Riders and Forms before 2019, while Genm Billion was born in 2020.

Also my friend claim he also said genm have ohma zi-o power because he have Ohma zi-o medal due to real life arcade game have it
